It reminds me of the ad campaign for ...I like this. It reminds me of the ad campaign for anti-smoking targeted at younger people that focused on the discoloration of teeth, nails, and skin in addition to bad breath caused by smoking. It really gets at the kind of consequences that most younger people are moved by, which prove to be more vanity and appearance oriented.
