Marc Quinn is a talented British artist from the Saatchi clique. He is most famous for sculpting (from a mold) his own head once with his own frozen blood, and also with his feces. Now he's unveiled a pure solid gold, 110 pound statue of Kate Moss, the one time fashion icon. The value of the materials used to make the piece, before we even consider the value of it as an artwork by a famous artist, is 3 million! Check it out HERE. Seems bound to be a sensation.
