Fielding's post about the bubble gum sculptures prompted me to do a search on food and art. This guy does some pretty cool stuff, mostly with butter, chocolate, and cheese.

that turkey reminds me of something my boy friend's mom introduced me to. she always has a lamb made of butter at the Easter table. it is kind of creepy... it makes me think about Jesus being the "Sacrificial Lamb" and then eating it on my dinner roll... but i suppose that is like the Eucharist is... a Jesus cracker. Catholics (and some other denominations) believe that at communion we receive the real body and blood of Jesus, not just a cracker that symbolizes Jesus, but that God is in that little cracker, for real. I should be a religion teacher, haha.
