I was reminded of this video by the Windowlicker post where two men are trying to pickup the two women. Just like the male spider in this video, at first they are calm, but ultimately one gets very aggressive. Also, the female spider here is fake!

I can't really say I enjoyed watching or listening to that--on a visual/viseral level it just kind of grossed me out. BUT I couldn't help but think about how I had never really thought about spiders mating. I mean obviously they do, but like, really? Charlotte's Web just seriously left that part out. Sorry for that tangent.
