I think this lawsuit could be one of the more interesting things to happen in the beginnings of the Obama reign as president. It should be really interesting to see how it all plays out. The rules of copyrighting and photoshopping photographs have always been a sketchy subject.

This seems similar to the problem some of you were having with uploading your video collages that had someone elses music in them. Is it a new thing in and of itself? Or is it stealing to much?
