I think it's hilarious! I love goats and I'm pretty sure that some do actually make this noise (from the meager research I've conducted on Youtube).
I can believe it, no doubt. Cats, birds, and dogs can also sound very human at times. BTW, has anyone seen the preview for the new George Clooney movie, Men Who Stare at Goats? Looks pretty interesting.
